The money is available for pick-up in minutes (subject to hours of operation of the Agent locations in Mexico) and is paid in local currency at any of the following Agent locations:

• Giro Telegrafico (Wire Service) available at Western Union Agent locations. An exclusive product of Telecomm Telegrafos, Giro Telegrafico is available throughout all urban and rural Mexico. With this service, Telecomm Telegrafos will deliver a written notification to the recipient within 1 to 2 days of the date the money was sent. The written notification will indicate to the recipient that they have funds available to be picked up at a specific Telecomm Telegrafos location. The recipient may then go the Telecomm Telegrafos location, together with their notification and valid form of identification, and pick up their money in cash.

  To send money to Mexico using the Giro Telegrafico service, visit your nearby Western Union Agent location.

• Dinero a Domicilio (Home Delivery Service)
  Now with the Western Union Home Delivery service, your loved ones can receive their money in the comfort of their home, in check or cash(1), it's up to you!

  For this service, you must remember to have the complete address of the person receiving the money, including: street, city, state and zip code. Without the complete address it will be impossible to complete the home delivery.(2) You also have the option of assigning a second, alternate receiver for this service, as long as they live in the same home.

  Dinero a Domicilio is available in over 1,000 cities through Mexico. To send money to Mexico using Dinero a Domicilio, visit your nearby Western Union Agent location. For information regarding the status of the delivery, your loved ones in Mexico can call 1-800-702-3200.

• Dinero Día Sigiente (Next Day Service)
  With the Next Day service from Western Union, you can send money to Mexico and it will be available in 24 hours, in local currency, at any of our more than 5,500 Agent locations in Mexico, including:

(1) Pesos can be delivered in cash, in 20 peso increments, up to 10,000 pesos. Any other amount will be delivered in check.

(2) Time of delivery is generally three days. In some locations, delivery can take up to seven days. Up to two deliveries will be attempted by the courier. If delivery is unsuccessful, a notice will be left with contact information instructing your loved ones on how to pick up their money. For security reasons, the recipient's identity will be verified before completing delivery. Money will be delivered only to the persons designated on the Send Form.
